Once upon a time Part one
It starts with Jess and Liz getting ready to go to France where Jessica is dragging Liz so the two of them can be au pairs for some French royalty.
On the cover we have Jess and Liz having just arrived in the south of France. This is the cover I have but I will supply the British cover for you. I first one below is the triology cover.
Next the twins head over to Lila's for a Bon Voyage bash. Liz and Todd sneak off by themselves to not have sex where they fight because Todd wants them to take a break because they will be apart and Liz usually cheats on Todd when they go on vacay, Liz freaks out because he apparently does NOT trust her!?! Now I know you think I'm being harsh but let me ask you just one question, Would you trust Liz not to cheat on Todd?? Thats what I thought. So anyways Liz runs home and cries.
Meanwhile Winston is dressed up in a beret and talking with a cute cheesy accent that ever Jessica thinks is funny. Is gives Jess a gift for her and Liz and it's a small frog pen. Because it's a french frog? Ok I just don't get it..... but whatever.
Jess talks about how she is worried about Liz because of her break up with Todd, she spent the night crying until about two when she finnally got to sleep. The next few scenes are boring and are just about how sad Liz is, so I'm going to skip them.
The girls get to the south of France and have to take a train to the castle, on the train is a snotty countess and her snotty daughter who are going to be guests at the chateau where the twins are staying. The girls also meet a handsome guy named Jaques who is a duke and his aging father. Long story short Jessica really like Jaques and they kiss before he gets off the train he also gives her a fake diamond and says he will replace it with a real someday and he promises to visit her at the chateau as soon as he can. After they get off the train some time goes by and the countess panics because her precious family jewel was stolen. They all finally get to there destination and Jess comments about how the countess and her daughter get to ride in a limo and they get to ride in a bus. Elizabeth comments back about how a car is just a car. Normally I would agree with Liz on this one but my husband's brother got us a limo ride to the reception for our wedding and let me tell you. Liz is soo wrong on the limo front:)
The twins get to the south of France and meet the Princess and the kids, then it's time for dinner and so the twins feed the kids and the kids freak out and have a food fight. The twins clean it up and then it skips to the next morning when Elizabeth is finishing her cafe latte and she and Jess take the three kids outside to play. There is some kind of maze outside I'm not really sure what it's supposed to be made of but not corn probably? Lol that would be funny in super romantic France! Anna an assistant at the chateau tells them not to let the children play in the maze because it is really very complex and people sometimes get so lost in there that they never found their way out. Pierre the oldest who is six runs away from Liz and goes to where the countess and the Royal family are having tea and jumps on the countesses lap and spills tea on her dress. After Pierre is brought back to where the other kids are playing Jess and Liz switch kids so Jess is watching Pierre and one of the other kids playing together and Liz is playing with the youngest. But Jessica being Jessica is NOT watching the kids she is painting her toe nails. So when Pierre runs away again LIz goes after him and runs into the mystery maze of death!!!!
