Guess who got a bulls-eye?
Yep.
*giggles madly* I couldn't believe it and chibi was like LOOK MAMA, YOU GOT A BULLS-EYE! and the coach (John) smiled and kept on with his rounds. *flails* And that was without a sight. But the sights...argh. So annoying. Took forever to get it proper and just when I'd got it sorted, we had to stop. @.@
But it was so much fun for me, tho not quite so much fun for poor chibi. He has no luck at all. His arrows kept going over the barrier (the teeny kid had the same problem) but they managed to work a sort of solution for him. His eyes don't quite focus properly so he was told to focus on something else and see if that helped and it did.
Now for next week. *chuckles* Oh and we were shooting outdoors this time because the hall was full of the local kids' school projects for the end of year stuff. And it rained. LOL We were told that it didn't matter what the weather was, especially during competitions, we would be expected to shoot, so be prepared for it. The young guy did say that the only time they'd stop competition (or practice) was if there was an electrical storm or incredibly high winds. Other than that, we just have to deal.
(my fingers have some sort of black dye on them from the finger grip. @.@ It won't wash off *pouts*)
