I have witnessed within myself I inherited that trait from you. I realized though it caused me trouble after the fact. People were able to use it against me but I wouldn’t give it up. It’s good! The hope you had for me and the hope you have for my future is obvious. I’m really amazed by your actions and chances you took. How many Fathers and Mothers would mortgage their retirement (Hoyt Nursing Home) to enable them to buy a job for their son? I understand now you must have had your ass covered in some manner but still! Little did you know what was required and all that was entailed in the management of a 400 seat Entertainment Night Club (especially that one)! It was a drug and bar fly haven and a place jon hung out. It was a place that J-- W---- and jon hung out at with Joe (Manager) and N--- B-----, who is now serving prison time for selling cocaine. (hmmm….)
It was a stage, a party, a whorehouse, and coke house (not the kind you drink). I know the both of you are no sorts of lounge lizards and you didn’t happen to run into this deal as you were out “bar hopping” at 55 years old. You didn’t know Joe, B----’s, B-------, L-------’s or any of the past owners of that place. So I know it was not you who went out and found this “gold mine” and decided to purchase it.
