First, the 2012 Queer Fest has opened for prompting and will continue until March 15th. All fandoms are welcome, including crossovers. Make sure you read the rules. If you're interested in submitting a few prompts, check it out here.
Next, a multi fandom comment ficathon, which revolves around the 'what could've been' theme, for all those moments you were like "what if" and "what about that". Click on the banner to get there!
Moving on, bradygirl_12 has opened one of her amazing and fun challenges. This time it's the 2012 DCU Fic/Art Angels Challenge. It's a challenge that's running all year, so you can post fic/art until December 31st. There are some prompts, using the word 'angel' in different ways and you can use that to create anything. All DC 'verses are welcome, including crossovers, as long as the DC characters get equal times.
Last but not least, there's a new community: sv-fca, which is where the 'Smallville Fandom Creativity Awards' are being hosted. Basically, you send in a list of your eligible fanworks, which is anything you posted after August 2009. Then people go through the lists and nominate different works. Nominations open March 18th so you have until then to get your lists in. More info this way.
