Thanks for the information! I hate how Google is tying everything together. I hate going to Youtube and seeing that they know my real life email if I haven't logged out before searching for fannish things.

The link to completely remove Web History (the last paragraph above) is coming up as "invalid" for me. I never had web history turned on - is that why?

No problem! Glad I could help. A bunch of people on my flist posted this, which is how I found out and I had to share.

Yeah, I am not a fan either. I didn't really like the Youtube thing either. I honestly didn't have a gmail account before that and hated that I was forced to create one.
