Another Friday, another new Smallville. This is the last episode before the series finale. Wow. That's really crazy, isn't it? Very overwhelming, at least for me. I can't believe the show is actually ending! Anyway, I had my doubts about this episode, like I have when I heard about the previous ones, but I was hoping it'd be better than it sounded

The last time we saw Toyman was in 9.04 'Echo' if I remember correctly. He tried to blackmail Ollie? He got caught, and then Tess gave him some special job (after shooting him in the knee, lol). After that, I don't know what happened to him. So yes, I was confused. :\
Sometimes SV makes our brain hurt but not in a good way.
Yeah, I've been there, too many times.
I wanted Clark-Kara scenes too. The B plot was stupid.
I usually like K but the writing for her character this season has turned me off. She treats Clark like he can't do anything when he mentored her in the first place. sigh****
Same here. I was so frustrated with her by the end of 'Supergirl' and I was hoping for some redemption here. Fail, writers, fail.
The fortress will never not be anything more than a bucket of usless bolts in SV!verse and Jor-El will never not stop being an asshole. I can't believe Clark still values his opinion let alone listens.
True. That's such a shame. It's abusive, manipulative and just plain evil. Definitely doesn't have Clark's best interests in mind. Poor Clark. I'm glad he at least got to meet the real Jor-El in s9, no matter how brief the encounter.
As for Chloe/Oliver I don't care about them either but shouldn't he had a comment about her considering they had a happy ending. I dunno. I guess that is SV being SV.
I ship Chlollie but it's more that he doesn't even mention her at all. Like wouldn't his wife be worried that he's off doing God knows what? What did he even tell her? Yeah, SV really has an 'out of sight, out of mind' mentality when it comes to characters leaving. :\
