SV s9 is a go!
I found this out through the justtomwelling community. Smallville has been taken up for a s9.

I am going to wait until the rest of s8 plays out before I decide on how I feel on this one. Because I didn't want a s8 after s7 and the first half of s8 ended up being amazing. At this point, I still can't figure out what they would do for a s9 and think the show should just end already.
