Did you guys see the Presidential Debate? What were your thoughts? I don't think there was a clear winner in this one. I'm glad to see that Obama could hold his own ... some people were worried about that

That makes sense. I usually hope that I have surrounded myself with people who aren't quick to hit the defriend button over something like politics. I do like hearing opinions and if someone can argue respectfully, I like a good debate.

I totally agree with the fact that the debate was pretty even.

Being an Obama supporter I personally did not like how he kept saying McCain was right

A lot of people seem to be picking that apart. Some are saying that it was Obama being able to reach across party lines and others are saying that it didn't make him look good. I don't know what to think, to be quite honest.

It was sort of funny to me that a lot of people predicted that Obama would be the one who came off snide due to his superiority in education, however, I thought it was McCain with his snorts and eye rolls and smirks that came off far more hostile and rude.

You may say you're biased and I'm a huge Obama supporter so I may be biased too but his smirks and snorts pissed me off too. His so called smile bugged me to no end and him not looking at Obama was my major beef with him in this debate.

I think there are still a lot of independents who don't know but for those who have decided, I agree ... I don't think this debate will make a difference.
