I've just finished watching Nodame Cantabile. It's a little bit late considering that everyone else would probably watched the drama a long long time ago. I'm not the type who's interested in love drama, so, I never thought of watching nodame. But, due to my friend's persistency on promoting the drama to me, I got curious. After watching the first two episodes of nodame, I suddenly fell in love with...MINE!!!!! and Chiaki-Senpai (of course) and Nodame, and Masumi, and Strezeman, I basically fall in love with the whole cast XD
Ah~ I can't wait to re-watch it !!!!
Now, the snack for watching dorama: MISRO!!!
It's a traditional food from West Java region. The name "misro" derived from sundanese language "amis di jero" which means "sweet inside" since it's made from cassava (singkong) with palm sugar inside.
It's quite easy to make.
First, grate the cassava until it's watery and and look mashy (is that a word?) and add a little bit of salt (just a pinch)
Second, slice the palm sugar very thin or just chop it into fine bits
Third, take one table spoon of the cassava dough, put in your palm, flatten it, add palm sugar and then cover the palm sugar with the dough and make a round shape. After that just fry it until it's golden brown.
Fourth: eat it while it's hot ^^
