OMG, HOW MUCH DID MY SISTER PAY YOU, HAVE YOU NO SHAME
*rewind to one day ago*
Svet *calls sister over to look at the two versions of print*: Hey, which one do you like more?
Sasha *looks*: The left one.
Svet: ......Oh.
Svet *secretly a fan of the one on the right*: But don't you think the dark edge makes it look a little busy?
Sasha *looks again*
Sasha *guilelessly*: Mmm, no. I like it like that.
Svet *still secretly rooting for the one on the right*: I just thought that the more uniform background is less obtrusive to the viewer's eye and emphasizes the main figure more, thus creating a clear center of interest.
Sasha *fails to be impressed by the fancy artsy-fartsy terms*: I still like the left one better. You don't?
Svet *no longer secret in being a fan of the other one*: But... Center... Interest...
Sasha *laughs and leaves*
Svet: ...............
Svet *puts picture up on lj next day*: Whatcha guys think? :D
F-list: ...You wouldn't know a good composition if it was looping in your HEAD. P.S. We like the left one.
