I have a feeling that if our friends end up moving, we'll be the first ones at their doorsteps to wish them well and say our goodbyes move in.
We have been increasingly disapointed with our house hunting results thus far, and always compare everything to their house. It isn't even the house that is great, it's the outside that we hanker for. Actual hills (rare for this area) and trees and a river and a lamppost and a hidden archery range and a garage (ok so that counts as a part of the house) and an established fire pit and various fruit trees...
