I have been slacking.
Not hitting the gym in the AM - and my legs are tightening up because of it. Constant fear of charlie horses.
But I have been going to yoga weekly - and boy does that hurt the next day (today). Also shows me that my hamstrings are majorly tight! I'm going to have to look up some daily stretches to do and try to fix that.

And I have been keeping up on my art... so I have positives for my overall health, just gotta ramp it up on the proper eating and exercise.
