Impressed by service
I am writing this to commend the good service rendered by BCBG MAX Azria.
As you can see the dress above on my profile picture is white. After wearing it for a few times, i decided to give it a scrub. To my horror, the blue bits of the collar went into the white bits of the dress! i WAS HORRIFIED.
i was also certain that this dress was pretty expensive and was darn sure that could be changed.
Thus, i called the store, the lady there knew me and then I very kindly told her that this dress has already run in color and i followed every single instruction there could be - by handwashing it..yet the color ran.
I can change my dress tomorrow for a new one. I guess thats what i call service.!!
I have also decided that no more handwash for this " white beauty". I will only allow it to be in the dry clean.
