1) What do you love most about being a chef?
I love those moments when I get to create a new dish. Or, when we're incredibly busy and everything comes together and everyone on the line just utterly kicks ass, and 100 feels like 40.
2) If you had to pick just one lesson, piece of life's wisdom to pass down to Vic and Jules, what would it be?
Life is what happens when you're waiting for something. Don't everwait, if you have a dream, sieze it.
3) If money were no object, where would you want to live out the rest of your life?
Southern France in my in the hill mansion/villa
4) If you couldn't be a chef anymore, but you still had to work for a living, what would you do?
I don't know, honestly. What ever it took. if I could be a professional game tester sure :) but I think in the end, I'd just do what ever it took.
5) If you could get all your hair back, would you do it? Or would you stay bald/continue shaving your head?
I would still shave it. I love being bald. :)
