Looking for a Dark fic forever!
I thought this was a Thamiris fic but I think I may have mixed a bit of imagery from one of hers into the one I’m looking for because I went through all of hers and I can’t find it.
Anyway, it’s not long and if I’m remembering it correctly Clark/Superman has confronted
Lex and it’s full of beautiful descriptions of Lex: his white suit, something about his smile (here’s where I’m confusing it with the Thamiris one...I thought it said something like ’smiling with blood on his teeth’ but that’s in a different fic), and I feel like Clark is still hopeful? Lex kisses him but Clark realizes (too late) that he’s bitten down hard on a fake tooth that contains kryptonite poison and it kills Clark. It’s so sad but it’s also so gorgeous that it was always one of my favorites and I’m so mad I’ve lost it.
Can anyone help? I used to be very active on here and I’ve just gotten back into my Smallville obsession (rotated back around a decade and some change later, I guess) and this one and ALL of the fics by herohunter are the only ones I can’t locate. :(
