hey hey.
so today is friday...
and sch was like usual.
then i went off early to go for fitness club meeting with amalina.
and then yea,had a meeting there and then i did a bit of exercises and learnt wat to eat and not wat to eat.
when to eat and wen not to eat.
and then i did some running on treadmill. damn so hot sia. [it was an aircon-ed gym btw]
so then aft thta we saw a hot guy inside.
his name's ash.
short for ashley.

hes cute and friendly.
he saw us a few times and he smiled. heh.
then befor we went out we saw him again.
we said "hey ash! byeee!"
he answered "hey! -with that big smile- and byee ! "
heh heh.
and so yeah. saw jade seah too.
