My body has been doing so much today. I took it to a Belly Dancing lesson. I tried to do grapevines, shimmys, hip drops, hip circles, hip flicks, circle of 8, snake arms. Everything the teacher said I had got, she could tell me a heap more that i had to learn. But that is why you go to a lesson right?
Then I took my body to a remedial massage for my lower back pain. I think it did good.
Then I went to the gym. I skipped, danced, punched, kicked, kneed, stretched, but mainly watched other people doing a lot more than me. But it was nice to go.
It is so time for pizza!
