Fiesta!!
What a weekend. Friday, fiesta night was at my apartment. It was freaking awesome. If you didn’t come, you missed out on a lot of fun. It started off as an ASA dinner party…and let’s just say, it expanded a little bit…I made tacos for everyone (even though beef scares me), drank a lot, flashed a lot of people, played with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, and had a ton fun. Thanks double trouble. You fucking rock. The boys across the street are fucking stupid and big losers. What a night…
So yeah, I did not go to bed very early on Friday…it was after 5 am. I woke up at 7:30 and had to get ready to go to Maryann’s shower. That was a lot of fun! I miss her so much! I picked up my bridesmaid dress on the way back…not so pretty in pink. I took a rather long nap when I got home and decided not to clean right away. I went out to the Cabin to see Mo and Sarah. I needed the trio! It’s weird how well they know me…like, no matter what I say, they know what is really going on in my head. I love having friends like that.
Sunday was not bad…pretty relaxing. I woke up and cleaned for awhile. I had taco on my floor and whipped cream on my bathroom wall…thanks Jess. Anyways, last year, my uncle Mike died on the 27th, so I wanted to go to church and do some reflecting and stuff, but I did not get up early enough. I miss him a lot. I can’t believe it has been one year. Ironically, I worked at Hospice in the afternoon…After Hospice, I went to a study group and to my ASA meeting-which I was late for because parking at the UC sucks.
It’s weird, but I am actually looking forward to midterm week. I don’t have that much to do. I have 5 exams, but I have been keeping up with the work and I am ready for them. I don’t have very many meetings this week…wow-I might have free time. I can’t wait!
