Childhood anecdote in Chinese~

A-also belated Happy Thanksgiving. ^^;;;

...HI. ^^ It's great to see you around - but school does eat one alive sometimes.

*doesn't know anything about Chinese, so*

:D HI~♥ School is doing a wonderful job of eating me alive this year, with a side dish of homework and a smattering of exams on top XD;

I should know more Chinese, but... oh well, this is the only way I can get myself to practice ^^;;;

Oh yes. I must go well with overdue papers, myself. Are you a junior, by any chance? I am, and most people I've spoken to agree that it is horrible.

Do you study Chinese academically, or is it a family thing...?

asfklj YES I am a junior! At my school it's kind of become the year of exhaustion and AP US History (well, for those who take it) and the PSATs and SATs. And teachers suddenly expecting you to "grow up" (I swear six of my seven teachers used that phrase within the first two days of school. XP)

Chinese is just a family thing, since my parents both came over to the US from China. I used to go to Chinese school on Saturdays, but I "graduated" after sixth grade when they ran out of books for us XD
