[Good afternoon, denizens of Somarium. Unless you are A) a known member of the police force, B) a child, C) Dominic, Break, Gilbert, Sharon, or Vincent E) happened to glitch out of this mass sending (i.e. feel free to opt out/direct this to the spam folder/etc) you will be receiving the following image masquerading as a video feed: ]
[Clearly, that blinking underscore is inviting you to input some sort of answer. If you fail once, your inputted answer will simply disappear. The second failure is much the same. The third failure locks you out, and the file disappears. You may now continue with your life!
Upon entering the right answer ( HORNET ) the user will then be presented with a short feed of an animation of the cartoon hornet in the upper right corner laughing, while a computer synthesized child's voice says:]
Congratulations~!
[And, as abruptly as the strange message appeared, it disappears, leaving you presumably extremely confused. However, the next time you go to reply to a dream, a video/voice/text post, or what have you - you will notice an option to do it anonymously. Think the radio button in LJ at the top that allows you to post anon. If you choose to use it, your sender signal will be scrambled, the sender contact line reading instead something like m28fsd0267ks35h instead of your name.
Perhaps you think this is just a one time thing - but the next time you go to reply to something, the option will still be there. The third time? No luck.
Have fun >3]
[[OOC: So Hornet is basically dicking around and "cloning" himself. If your character chooses to go through with this, it would be sending the same signal (think ISP) as his posts usually do. Just think of it as he's "borrowing" your Dreamberries for a little bit =)
UH AS TO THE ANON-MASKING PART, it's good for two uses (like, two threads), and doesn't have to be used immediately. Like, you could ignore it for the next few replies your character makes, use it once, and then ignore it forever and the anonymous ticky-box would still be there.
Also (pfft long OOC note is long): unless you're Rosiel (in which case arghhh and fine we borrowed parts of your code) good luck finding who sent this =Db ]]
