(no subject)
Well, in general the semester ended up well, at least it is ober!
Grades are as follows:
American Indians A
Presentation and Sales Strategies for the Agricultural Audience A
Business Communications B+
Adbanced Farm Business Management A-
Statistics 326 A-
Stupid english.. I was 1 percentage point away from habing an A-... grumble.. but to make it all better, I got an A- in statistics!!!!! I was so excited... it was awesome. Ended up getting a 3.73 for the semester, which puts my cumulatibe to 3.37. Almost done, one more semester left!
So, while at home I habe been spending lots of random time in the kitchen. This last saturday we had a cookie exchange, so I brought 6 doz cookies there. Then I habe been making other random stuff. Made the dough for rollout cookies yesterday as well as million dollar fudge. Then today mom, aunt laurie, and I baked/decorated the roll out cookies and fatignman baakles(norwegian deep fat fried cookies), and rosettas. Interesting, fun, but bery long day....
It is currently snowing like a banshee outside, so tomorrow will be a long day also. I should be making the cookies for christmas presents, but instead I will be running support behicle and shobeling snow with daddy. It will be nice to make some money, but not so fun on my back. Daddy needs the help though, and if I can help out, I should....
I habe needed to go down to McGregor to go see grammie and grandpa now since I habe been home, but things either keep coiming up, or it is too late. Only now I feel bad, because grandpa has been asking aunt laurie where I am, and saying that I should be coming soon. The only thing is, if this storm is really as bad as they are saying it will be, I wont get the chance to go see them until christmas day when we are all going down there anyway. I will habe to apologize to him, but will try my best to get down there both before and after christmas.
Yay christmas! This year has been fun, because I am learning/doing the whole christmas baking thing. Lots of work, but definatly worth it. My only question is, are there no other cousins who are interested in cooking?? I guess im the odd one of the batch.
Now it is off to bed, because I am probably going to need some sleep to get ready for tomorrow.
Oh, Flona, are you safe? Looks like weather has been crazy around there too!
