woah, nelly!!
it happened AGAIN! penny woke up in the 2am hour.....i didn't get up with her. got her up at 5:30am to get ready to take b to the bus and SHE WAS POOPIE AGAIN! omg. it was bad. so bad i had to throw her in the shower with byron to get it off and the wipes were hurting her. she does not like to be in the shower, on top of everything else. *deflates*
we got back to sleep when we get home and p doesn't wake me up until 9:50am. i have people coming over at 10am! EEEEGADS!! i race down stairs with her to call the woman (it wasn't a group of mama's, thankfully) to ask her to take her time, and thankfully they were willing to go get a coffee on their way. it was almost 11am before they came. i was able to do some of the last minute clean up that i had left to do this morning and shower. dang!
the meeting went well. they have a parent education program that they're trying to get their info to mom's, and asked if i could help some. we talked about mom's and different ways that they can reach them, along with ideas about other parent/family social groups. it was fun. penny was great while they were here too.
later, we went out in the ick..it's actually really sunny and nice out today, but there's still ice on the roads. went to the grocery store with b's dad then came home. we're going to eat at IHOP tonight! yay!! i've been hankerin' the pecan/banana pancakes. mmmmm.!
i guess that's it. *sigh*
i just got a big package from ups of birthday gifts from the mother in law. :)
