Happiness
I'm soooo excited. I just found out that I got a 2nd ("Sugar Free") and 3rd place ("Bump.") in this really big writing competition...my confidence in my writing took a huge nosedive last semester, so this makes me feel really good. I even won money! I've never won money for my writing before. I hate bragging, so I don't want this to come off as bragging, I'm just super excited, like a little kid winning their first trophy. Yaaaaay! I can't dwell on it, though; everyone knows that happiness is no good for a writer's craft.
