So I just submitted my first article & photos to The Beta. It's nice having friends in high places, and knowing Anna (the editor) is pretty helpful. I've been writing a lot more this semester. I probably wrote more for my classes this time last year, because half my course load is in natural science right now, but I've been writing more for non-academic stuff.
Casey, you should totally submit something to the TP. Anything, I'll put it in.
Goals for today:
-Clean my room (mom & dad are coming tomorrow)
-Dye my hair
-Work on the TP
-Go outside a lot
-Work on my Stream Ecology labs
-Maybe go out and buy a jump drive to hold my field data from the Umass project I'm working on
-Go to the dinner with Ken Burns tonight
-Whatever's clever
Oh, so I saw Brett last night, and met yet another boy from Boston. She and I have so much shit we need to work out. I don't know what's going to happen with that, but holy crap, that girl and I need to have a long fucking conversation.
I stole jasmine green tea from the Dakin House Office (it's free anyway) and it's absolutely delicious.
Fuck this, I'm going outside.
