HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Was hoping to knock out some New Year’s drabbles before I left for Connecticut. Yeah, totally not happening.
What sucks most, of course, is that it’s going to take me like two/two and a half hours to get there. Do you know how much fic I could pump out in that time?
Constant access to technology has made me lazy about typing up what I’ve written down. I have a lot of fics just sitting in notepads. piled up by my laptop as a constant reminder. Some of them have been there over a year. Great system I have.
If I still had my Ally, with an actual keyboard, I’d get more done. But I hate the autocorrect function on my Galaxy 3. It makes my life a living hell and I only type when I absolutely have to now. And half of it ends up indiscernible. Frankly, autocorrect makes me sound like an idiot, and whoever invented it needs to be forced to use ONLY autocorrect to communicate for the rest of their life. Maybe they’ll rethink that ‘breakthrough’.
I’m most likely just going to watch Pacific Rim the whole time, but, feel free to hit me up, people! My phone is stocked with all the bells and whistles - AIM, GChat, Snapchat (not to mention actual text messaging) - and I love a good conversation!
