I've been watching alot of Star Wars recently. So much so that I decided who people in my life would be in Star Wars.
First, Brad would be Han Solo. He's got that casual smug ruggedness going. His Comet would be the Millennium Falcon. He was always working on it and even though it was old and the interior was ripped up it was still badass. And, he might seem flakey at first, like he's only looking out for himself, but when you need him he's always there to get the tie fighters off your back or lead the mission on Endor.
Kathleen would be Princess Leia. And not just because that's her lj icon. She's got that tough, take charge attitude. She's never one to stand aside while something's happening, always outgoing and never passive. And like Leia, she's also vulnerable at times and can admit when she needs rescuing. Plus she'd look wicked hot in a metal bikini.
Jonny would be C3PO, because he can be helpful at times, but in large doses he is annoying. However, if you have the right disposition you can appreciate his humor even if he doesn't realize he's being funny himself.
R2D2 is Libby. They have the same personality. They are mischevious yet loyal, hilarious and cute.
I'm Luke. I realize that makes Leia (Kathleen) my sister, which might seem weird and gross. But this is the Star Wars universe. Don't get caught up in logistics. I can be annoyingly earnest and come off as a wuss. But with the right training I will become a great Jedi master. I am often tempted by the darkside (slacking) but strive for goodness and equilibrium in the cosmos.
