BECK TAXI RIPPED ME OFF
Perhaps it was my own fault for not getting a receipt from my credit card payment from Beck taxi, but for fuck sakes how am I supposed to realize this was going to happen. A 20 minute cab ride that was supposed to cost $18.75 ended up on my bill as $48.75. I disputed it with master card, but Beck was able to produce a receipt (fraudulent, no doubt) that stated $48.75 so there was nothing they could do about it. I called Beck text to complain and was sent on a rigmarole to different people, finally leaving a message on an account twerps voice mail. A warning to all, beware of Beck taxi as well as ALWAYS obtain a receipt and SAVE the receipt so this does not happen to you!
