Inspired by the Great Katie Davis, I've taken a break from my studying of the anatomy of the human body and how to accurately DRAW this physique, and decided to post here, for all the world to see.
Twas yet another long day at work, topped off by a nice chatt with my boss about well, everything from music, to ghosts to graphic design and my school. He's a right interesting guy to talk to.
There's not much to talk about, but since Brooke's passed it around and even though my account at the moment is a secret *shhhh* I"ll still answer the questions.
What are the top 5 things you do to destress when no one else is around. Your assuming I"m EVER stressed! Come on! Me! Stressed! I'm never stressed. Also your assuming I'm ever by myself. Like THAT happens very often. Anyway, assuming the two are things that occurr on a regular basis here's my top 5
1. Riding my horses would be the #1 destresser. Not only am I with an animal that I love, but I'm keeping busy, moving and mentally my mind has to be on the horse so I can't be thinking on what I'm stressing about.
2. A full tank on a nice moderate spring or fall day, with the windows down, the radio blaring and an open road. I love cruising the roads up here b/c there's so much to see and all the scenery is so pretty.
3. Curling up with a good book is always wonderful
4. Getting lost in a long good movie, (Braveheart or LOTR)
5. Sad as it may seem, Cleaning is a great destresser. I get in a mode and start cleaning and clean til well, til it's squeaky clean. :)
