I asked out Regina yesterday at dinner in the commons, and she said yes! I was very happy needless to say. The only thing that seems like it could be a hindrance to us dating is breaking this to Hannah. If it would burn that bridge of friendship then Regina doesn't want to make that happen, which at first I wasn't really very understanding, thinking that Hannah should just mind her own business (she's interested in me, even though her parents are saying she shouldn't date anyone right now), but I realized later on that I was being stupid and that it's for that very reason of looking out for Hannah's feelings that Regina is so attractive to me. I'm glad to know that the girl I want to date is that concerned about her friends and what our potential relationship could do to that.
