Fandom_Stocking signups are still open!
Fandom_Stocking is an annual fannish holiday gift fest that grew out of Yuletide treats, although it is not limited to small/rare fandoms. The way it works is that you sign up by filling out a form with your favorite fandoms, pairings, likes, and dislikes, and people fill it with fic, icons/graphics, holiday wishes, and other fannish things. To make this even better a) signups are still open (they will probably remain open until about the last week of December) and b) stockings open January 6, which means there's time between Yuletide and stocking-opening if you're feeling crunched right now. If you're not a writer or artist and you feel bad about signing up, don't: people request everything from recs to recipes, and it's definitely not a fest limited to writers and artists.
While fandom_stocking is run on Dreamwidth now, you don't need a DW account to participate, and you can post fanworks to the AO3 archive and link if you like (although it appears to be not quite set up yet for this year). (If you cannot stand to use DW at all, you're probably out of luck. Sorry, not the mod.)
