Hair Trauma.
Finally I think I have conquered my hair!
For over a year and a half it has been slowly growing thinner and thinner and every where I look there are strands of it laying about in obscure places. Just running my hands through it after a shower sometimes sees me with a handful of it. This has meant that I haven't been able to blow dry it or straighten it for fear of even more damage being done to it. It's got so bad at times that I've had dreams of going bold!
Well, now I think I've found the solution. After the many shampoos and conditioners I've tried, Pantenne seems to be the one that has finally tamed it. The new repair and protect one seems to work a treat, and that with my new heat protection spray thing means that after I've blow dried it, I end up with shiny, thickish hair. Huzzah!
OK, so it's a small mundane kind of accomplisment, but it means no longer will I be exasperated with waking up to find hair all over my pillow.
