Tonight I caught the first 2/3 of a program called 'The Falling Man' which was about 9/11, but more on the side of the people who jumped to their deaths, specifically one man. It raised a lot of thoughts in my head and was certainly one of the best documentaries based on 9/11 that I have seen yet. It didn't focus on the main event or the buildup to it at all, instead it took you into the moments after the crashes, in some good detail. I feel the more and more this day is explored, the more I emphasise with the victims and their families, take into consideraiton that I'm also not an immature 14 year old anymore and that maybe explains it too.
I can't blame those victims of the 9/11 crash for doing what they did, instead I salute them and hope that there is some balance brought from their deaths in the course of the future. I wish their families strength to deal with the loss of their loved ones and hope that one day, acts like these will cease to exist.
I know it's 4 and half years late but may you all Rest In Peace.
