He's got maybe half a dozen eggs in his lap, and one in his hand that he appears to be studying. That or looking blankly through. He's also talking to himself, but not loudly enough to be made out clearly.]

[still staring at the egg, but obviously aware of the camera]Forgive me for being gone so long, Hijikata-san. I thought I could memorise the forest's layout, but it kept changing.
[throws the egg lightly and catches it, breaking it and covering himself in multi-coloured glitter before turning to face the camera] I have a few more of these at the base of the tree, I'll bring them to you as soon as I can.
