Making Playlists When I Should Be Writing...
:DD I accidentally opened my stickies, and lo and behold, I found something to eat up an hour I probably should have dedicated to some furious writing. However, I think that this was a worthy hour, since I got to fix up the list of tracks for one the CDs that I wanted to burn for Mon-lai since, like what, last year? I have all of these half-completed things lying around in stickies or textedit files, and the moment I look at them I start feeling as if the order isn't quite right anymore, or that song's been overplayed by now, & etc.etc. Endless cycle! VICIOUS CYCLE. I never get to send out the discs, so the playlists languish just like all the half-written letters to everyone and just BOOO....this one's pretty cheesy though, i must say.

and maybe sometimes happiness really does have more to do with how many words you can string together, because the more words you can wrap your mind around the less empty spaces there are for you to feel like filling.
my fingers are tingling. it prickles as if there were tiny pins, or flecks of ice landing on separate points on my palms--this would be a sign that this angle's not working for me, but if there are really angels in angles then wouldn't this moment be it?
