help me, i love elementary so much, i can't even deal with how wonderful it is, i just want to cuddle it like a kitten, or possibly an orphaned squirrel that was raised by cats and now thinks it's a kitten (nope, this is totally a thing, okay). this show, best show!
i forgot to flail about last week's, and how awesome it is that they used one of the lesser-known stories as the plotline, like that time TRF started to use BOTH(!!!) "the priory school" and "the retired colourman" (this is possibly the creepiest, most depressing story in the entire canon, just saying), but then chumped out at the last second. not you, elementary! you handled [Spoiler (click to open)]"the problem of thor bridge" like a damn champ! this gives me so much hope that we might actually get "the copper beeches" (dear god, please!) and maybe a not fucked up retelling of "wisteria logde", although i'm a bit less sanguine about that one.
joan watson is still the best watson. end of.
but sherlock, darling, i love you more and more with each episode. i've only just started this week's, but based on the description and the first ten minutes, i think my heart might explode from the massive amount of feels. four for you, jlm! you keep knocking them out of the park!
also, you guys, i really want to make all the fanmixes, but then i look at the playlists i've put together and realize it's just a bunch of dessa. maybe i'll try listening to something else for a change, but ugh! she's so perfect! there is one song i'm holding onto for sherlock because i 100% do not ship joan/sherlock, aside from wanting them to be the world's best bffs. and i'm so viscerally against sherlock/irene adler i can hardly stand it, but if you can make me believe it, elementary...i kind of think it's a better s/i song than s/j. WE SHALL SEE.
