i mean really, i can't stop:
'kites'. this might be my favorite but idek. i love this version off castor, the twin. i'm a bit 50/50 on that record to be honest. some of the songs were definitely better (to me) before they were rearranged ('dixon's girl' unequivocally, and 'the crow'), but this one is about a thousand times more awesome with full instrumentation and the new vocals.
'551'. another one that's better on castor. this one is actually stunning, i think it was the best rearrangement. i like 'kites' better in general, but i like the evolution of this song the most.
'the crow'. here is an example of the original beats being better. also, her vocal delivery was more insistent here, which i really like. the new version is too tentative or something.
i will try to stop spamming now, but DAMN. why is she so good though???
