If you take everything away that made Kisshu tragic and serious... you get a person to annoy you all. More CR is still needed! (Planning post doesn't load well anymore on my comp)

I'd imagine Kisshu would not really like Ciel, that' a CR possibility and for Tamaki (that's you, right? XD") .... Ritsuka-stalkers unite?
Uhm no, Kisshu likes stalking alone.
But since Tamaki has CR with Kagome as far as I've seen, he would have met Kisshu from time to time since he and Kagome are good friends!

Sure!

Ciel could probably dislike Kisshu since he hangs out with Kagome and thinks that's the worst decision ever.

Tamaki could probably appreciate Kisshu's talent for kendo! He could probably try to requite him for the Host Club due to his outgoingness lol
