[Background]
Kisshu is from a species that once lived on earth, but had to leave it due to envriroment changes 300 million years ago. They escaped to another planet, which turned out to be a „burning hell“. On this fire planet they build cities underground and waited for their return to the beautiful earth.
Kisshu was born in this time in a family with a mother and a sister (most likely, they have only one little panel in the manga).
Deep Blue, their leader, who stayed on earth as a dormant spirit, then sends a message to his people, saying that the time of the return to earth is near and demanding servants.
Kisshu is send to earth, together with some guys called Pai und Taruto.
There they begin to summon Chimera Animals (basically animals caused to mutate by a so-called ‚alien parasite‘), to fight the magical girl group „Tokyo Mew Mew“, who oppose their plans of killing all humans. Kisshu and the others want to eliminate the human species, because they pollute the earth and also they want to live there themselves of course.
When they realize, that Tokyo Mew Mew is strong, Kisshu is send to investigate the case.
In a zoo, he meets Ichigo (the main heroine), in her human form, and randomly kisses her, saying his most known phrase „My name is Kisshu, thanks for the kiss.“
Ichigo, of course, isn’t amused and they start to fight. When the other Mew Mews appear, Kisshu decides that fighting now isn’t a good idea anymore and leaves, promising Ichigo that they’ll meet again.
Next time he appears hugging Ichigo from behind, trying to make out with her, but when he gets interrupted by the other Mews again, he decides to first fight and defeat Zakuro, who has not joined the Magical Girl’s team yet.
When he attacks Zakuro, the other Mews show up and fight him. He seems to be stronger, until Ichigo discovers a new power and defeats Kisshu’s chimera. He disappears, telling her that she really pleases him more and more.
His next plan is to poison the blossoms of a cherry tree, to make humans die, but once again Ichigo appears and stopps him.
[Personality] Kisshu is a carefree boy who just wants to have a little (or a lot) fun. That’s probably the first impression Character X is going to have when they meet him for the first time. He is grinning almost all the time and chuckles a lot. He seems to speak first and think later. In one three words: Kisshu is immature.
Though he isn’t faking this part of himself, it definitly isn’t the whole truth.
Kisshu actually is very serious about his mission of getting back the earth. He cares deeply for the people on his planet and works hard for saving them. And not only that. There also is actually some brain in that head of his. He is able to work some fine plans in order to save his people.
I think he intuitively doesn’t show that serious side of his at first, so that people underertimate him.
Kisshu is a bit of a playboy and calls girls „ladies“ and acts somewhat polite when he is around females. But this can change very quickly. If a girl dares to get into his way, he won’t hesitate a moment to insult her and attack her too, if necessary.
Kisshu has no problems with kissing a total stranger as his first real appearance shows. He is always playing around, testing out things. But when he falls in love he is in fact extremely serious about it, up to the point of obsessive and stalker-y.
Once fallen in love it is an important part of his live. It goes even that far, that his love could stop him from fullfilling his plans. He would (and does) die for his beloved one.
That doesn’t mean he treats that person very well. He calls Ichigo his „important toy“ and thinks she is his and he can do with her whatever he wants.
He can’t accept rejection at all. If somebody doesn’t want him chances are that he’ll get even twice as serious about them.
Kisshu is inexperienced with the logic of relationships and actually believes somebody could fall for him once he killed their boyfriend/current crush.
In his canon Kisshu is completly overwhelmed with being in love, especially as the girl he falls for is a human. He can’t believe that an (almost) human girl, keeps him from full-heartedly saving his family. He can’t deal with it, if things don’t go as planned.
Actually he even thinks about killing himself when he can’t combine the two things he really wants. But in that situation he’d kill his beloved one first, so that he still owns her.
But even if he is sadistic and possesive, he still is able to truly love a person. Kisshu would never let his beloved one die and would do everything he can to protect them from any harm, that isn’t caused by him.
His inner struggle gives him an easy excuse to seemingly lose control over himself. While everyone thinks he is seriously out of his mind, Kisshu is actually planning something.
He rarely ever loses control without a certain purpose behind it. While all the emotions he shows in his outbursts are completly real, he simply waits for the best moment to show them.
Kisshu is a sadist. He really enjoys to see people who are afraid or cry. That even applies to people who are important to him, but don’t like him as much as he likes them. Here the sadistic side collides with his caring side sometimes. It’s a bit difficult for Kisshu if he wants to protect someone and torture them at the same time.
In friendships Kisshu is a whole lot more harmless. Even though he enjoys teasing those close to him, he makes a decent friend who knows the people he’s close to.
Kisshu’s ego though is reeeaaally big. He thinks of himself a quite a fantastic, irresistable person. This goes as far that Kisshu tells a boy who clearly has no interest in him that „sadly he’s not interested in men“ as if he was actually under the impression that boy was attracted to him.
On a more serious note, he deeply hates humans, because they pollute the earth, which is his promised land. Their way of carelessly destroying a healthy world - the greatest treasure that there could be to someone of his race- really disgusts him.
But despite this hatred he still enjoys some of the things they created, like Ice-Cream or the sound of wind chimes.
[Specialties/Abilities] People from Kisshu’s species have a lot of natural abilites. For one they can fly and teleport. He can also create over 6 copies of himself, who are all able to fight, despite not being as strong as the original Kisshu. He can create energy balls that function like bombs. He can make his weapons (tonfa) appear out of nowhere. And he can survive under extreme circumstances in which humans would die.
He can create alien parasites, which are living things, but personality-less (and look a bit like jelly-fish!). They don’t do anything on their own at all and can be used as bombs or to make usual animals turn into Chimera Animals. These Chimera Animals obey Kisshu’s command.
[Affection] Kisshu himself is pretty... open about his affections. Meaning that there is in fact a possibility that he kisses or tacklehugs characters without much of a warning. So it's also fine to do that to him. Just anything that goes further than just kissing has to be discussed with me.
[Fighting] Yes! Fighting and injurying Kisshu is perfectly fine with me. Death, however, has to be discussed first. Kisshu is a really good fighter, he is fast and has lots of supernatural abilities, as listed above. If you are a magical girl, you might have better chances to win against him than a regular fighter has. All due to the nature of his canon.

Can telepathic characters read your character's mind? That's a difficult one.
I'll give a hestitant 'yes', but please discuss anything major with me.
How much can fourth wall breakers say? Everything about his future, but nothing about him coming from a manga.
[Other Facts] Kisshu is a sadistic little thing. Romance with him ain't gonna be purely pretty and nice.
