(no subject)
As of tonight, I will have seen the Pogues twice and Billy Bragg twice this month. Words cannot truly describe how monumental this is to me. Maybe I will revisit these experiences for the purposes of this journal, or maybe I'll neglect to do so and not write anything again for awhile. Either way, I did feel it necessary to give shout outs to Chris Alexander out there in Olympia, Washington and especially Jessica Teal (as she want//ed to go by) in Santa Fe, New Mexico, two friends I think of often, and never moreso than when I listen to the best music in the world. And it's silly, maybe, and some people (who would be wrong) would call it shallow, but I knew each was the best kind of people because of their appreciation for this very music.
