does anyone know of a good film developer in mpls (or st. paul i suppose) that does fine art quality prints? at some point i'd like to print some photos on quality matte paper with a nice white border, ranging in size....5x7, 8x11 etc....

Too bad I don't have my darkroom set up, I actually have everything to print photos, and I'm very decent at doing so.

costco has some nice equipment. my friends who do a lot of HQ prints use them.
