To do list
Things I to do, I feel the need to organize my thoughts on a my livejournal because I feel it has been very neglected same with my myspace but I don't feel nearly as bad for that one.
1. Star Trek costume - I have only decided to make one this year. We will see if that ends up being true... Although I do have thoughts of fixing up my "non dead" skant but I don't really consider that something new since I have been trying to finish it for the last two maybe three years. I have an idea and I have bough some minor things for it. Now I just need to figure out how to do a lot of green paint....
2. Quilt Edwards quilt. - it is all pinned together and just waiting for me to quilt it but I haven't been able to decided on what design I want to quilt on it. Also I have been to lazy to figure out where my hoop went that I want to use. I have an idea of where it is and I just need to dig it out. I would like to have this done before august so I can show my aunt.
3. Lobster thermals - I got some lobster thermal fabric which is pretty amazing. It was on the clearance rack and I didn't buy it the first time I saw it so when I saw it again I knew it was meant to be. I need to pick up some red knit as the accent color for around the neck and wrists and ankles. I want these for the joshua tree campout. They will be pretty freakin awesome! YAY for lobsters!
4. Laptop case - I just got a laptop which I am actually talking to you on. I feel it needs a way cool case. I just made a neoprene cover for it which is for just basic protection. Now I want to make a messenger bag style case for it out of some blue corduroy fabric I have had siting in my room forever. Need to have something to hold cords and other things you like to carry with you. Like a snack, a book, or a small knitting project the possibilities are endless!
5. Ren Fair bodice - My old one died but had a very good run. I made the pattern but now I have been to lazy to cut it out. Actually I need to wash the fabric but the dryer is currently out of order. I guess I could line dry it since it doesn't really need to have that dryer softness to it.
6. Green Knitted blanket - this project was more of a whim and I like to work on it when I am bored or should be working on something else like the above 4 mentioned. I am about 2/3 done with it.
7. Shamrock corset - need to get some proper length steel for this one and its almost done.
Ok I think those are the top things I want to get done in the near future. Although I am feeling kinda tired right now so I think I am going to go to sleep and worry about these things later.
