So here's the deal. By tomorrow (I think), we seniors have to send in our senior information to the yearbook editor. Most of the information is basic. Name, major and minor, stuff we did while we were here... yeah. But then there's this senior quote thing, in which we sum up our entire life philosophy in 25 words or fewer of someone else's words. There are several quotes that I swear about a fourth of the class uses every year, like "Not all that wander are lost" and "Be yourself. Everyone else is taken" and "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." I really wanted to put in a line from J.K. Rowling's Harvard commencement address, where she said "It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all--in which case, you fail by default", but damnit, that quote is 31 words. I might as well just choose a quote out of a hat and go out with a bang, just like I do for everything else.
Or I can let you choose. Here, have a poll. You can even suggest stuff if you want.
Poll Senior Quote Time!
Also, Galois theory is innately sexy. Why yes, that's what I've been doing this afternoon. Mmm, fields and groups. :D *listens to echo chamber*
