We might have found a house @_@ - good size, downstairs open plan, already (tastfully) decorated, plus a really nice established garden as a bonus (the up keep would be time consuming, but hopefully worth it

some pictures of the garden are here, but does not do it justic - the first tier is made of two smaller tiers which have a mini pond each (the sellers are taking the fish with them), then there are two more tiers - one with the shed on the left, and a couple of larger areas, the the final tier is right at the back with a hidden compost heap underneathe the tree on the right, perfect for Stuart's veg patch ;P
