Following on neatly from my last post, I've just realised I'm having an entirely vegan lunch today - deep fried tofu stir-fry, with mushrooms, beansprouts, carrots, courgette, leek and freshly-shelled peas, in a satay sauce. Yummy! Must check out the Chinese supermarkets near the Anchor more often :)
