GH3 demo
Yeah, so I downloaded the Guitar Hero 3 demo off X-box Live tonight. (Er, did I mention I got a 360 this weekend? Did I also mention that darwins_fox is the greatest, not to mention the most patient, spouse EVER?) I won't have a guitar controller until GH3 actually comes out, so I just used the regular control pad and had reasonable amounts of fun anyway.
So I had been displeased before with the screenshots I'd seen of the new character treatments. Judy Nails is now a whore, Xavier Stone is now a stoned cartoon character, and from playing the demo, Johnny Napalm has some sort of horrible disfiguring skin disease, yet insists on playing shirtless. I mean, sure I'm going to get the game, but what the hell, Neversoft? You guys are the kings of bad character design.
In other news, I have a Discrete Structures test tomorrow and a major programming project due Thursday night. I will be very very very glad when Friday rolls around.
