Te-He! Love Abel, he is such a nice guy, and I like that he can talk to Inara as the voice of wisdom. She so often has to be the wise one, so it is nice to have Abel fill that role- and he reminds me of Shepherd Book to. Nice!

Hmm...Torman? I don't think he'll be back.

Do you think we need an entry for every character mentioned even if they don't have lines? I'm not sure but we'll discuss it.

Very well done! I love Mal's teasing Abel to get a woman of his own, and Abel's point that as long as Mal's worried about her, he'll be distracted and that much more likely to be hurt.

I also love the little details and notes of humor. Abel's observation that the 'crew' Mal needed to strike an accord with was Inara, Abel's noticing Inara's unguarded moment, then her mortification at being noticed...

I sure can't wait to see the next part! :-D
