Sweat, tears and foul language!

That's it! The turquoise room is finished! Yeehaw!
Today, with daughters help, we did some stencilling. Glow in the dark starscape on the ceiling (with astronauts), heat sensitive flowers dotted randomly around. Emerald green blackboard paint with metallic paint trim - beetle green.
Hah! We quite enjoyed ourselves untill it was time to bring in and reassemble the bed.
That's where the sweat, tears and foul language came into play. I don't think L has ever heard half those words before. Having assembled quite a lot of furniture in my day, I never expected to be so baffled by a basically simple construction. As soon as I got one end in place, the other end fell out! Six hours later!!! It is up and waiting for the mattress. It can wait till tomorrow now, I've had enough. If I had to stay up all night though, I would have finished that bed!

Now I will be able to get all the contents of that room back into place and the entire rest of the house will get some sort of order back. I think it's been the disorganised and crowded living space, along with the dirt that has brought me so down.
Now I can see light at the end of the (dirty) tunnel!
There are still four rooms left to do, but as long as I can have some cleanliness and order back in the rest of the house I will be far more cheerful. :))
