O dark 30. Waiting for the bus. Snow on the ground!!
It was not on the roads. But there was ice and it was chilly. I waved wildly and the bus stopped at the stop. Yeah.
The pool was nearly full. This is what I worried about. I get there and there's no room to swim but I think maybe I worried prematurely. I shared a lane with a guy for about 10 mins and he finished and left. And others did, too. Then we were one in each lane and a new guy came in. I scootched over so he would know I was fine to share and kept going.
He got in and when I got to the edge I looked and it was Mr. Sunday!! On a Tuesday! In the before times I was pretty much out of there by 6:15 in the mornings so anyone who came in after that was totally unknown to me. I really thought Mr. Sunday was Sunday only. Do I have to change his name? I don't think so.
When I got out to the street, I had to wait may 3 mins for the next bus. Nice. It was also pretty crowded. Another before times flash back. Hello seats for the eldery!!
Also... it was snowing a little in West Seattle. Which is higher than Seattle. But, when I got off the bus it was still snowing and as I type this an hour later, it's still snowing!!! Our friendly weather peops made no mention of this possibility. In fact, the two weather apps on my phone apparently don't have windows. One says there's 10% chance of precipitation today, but the sun is out now. And the other says 0 precip and cloudy. My window says 100% chance of snow right now!!
The walk from bus to home was hard again but not as hard as it was the first couple of times.
Biggie's really really confused. He'll get it figured out but now he's a giant feline WTF.
I have a short list of todo's today. No heavy lifting no need to go back out.
Yesterday I watched a couple of episodes of Season Two of Young Wallander (Netflix) I might be too angst-y for me but I'll probably finish out the season. I did flip over to HBO and an episode of Gilded Age - a nice palate cleanser before bed.
