Fitbit and Bibigo
I have Fitbit Premium. It's a service you pay for that provides more stuff than the Fitbit free version does. Not a whole lot more, but, in my case, a lot of health monitoring stuff that I like to know about. At some point last fall, Fitbit fucked up my Premium subscription. Their website shows I have two Premium accounts and implies I may be billed for one of them on March 1. I bought a year's worth last October.
Their website advertises that Twitter is on of their official ways to get help. So last Saturday morning I sent a DM via Twitter explaining my problem and including screen shots. They replied promptly and asked for other screen shots which I supplied. On and off throughout the day, they asked for more info - mostly the same shit I'd sent them. It was clear that they saw the problem and had no freakin' idea how to fix.
Finally, I got a message that said Thanks. We suggest you contact Google Play support at: support.google.com/googleplay/ans…. Sorry for the trouble.
Google bought Fitbit last year but NFW was I going to contact Google to fix what is so obviously a Fitbit issue. I checked all over to make sure that Fitbit did not have access to any of my credit card data. No way can they charge me for anything so fuck 'em.
Then today I got this DM in Twitter:
Great tweeting with you! We'd appreciate it if you took a second to offer your feedback on our service.
I replied:
seriously??? there was no service offered. 'call google' is not a service. it is clearly a fitbit issue. so 1 star to 5, i will give you 1 star because you replied promptly.
So now they have given me a case number. Ha!

I have had this in my freezer for a month or so.
I finally had it for lunch today and OMG ... DELICIOUS!!!! I had it with some rice and soy sauce. The box is really two servings so I have more for tomorrow. I thought I got it at Costco but Google tells me it was QFC (Kroger). It is really seriously good. I air fried it.

Biggie keeps sitting on the counter next to his food bowl I keep feeding him his favorites and he keeps nibbling but not finishing and just sitting there. He won't tell me what he wants. I got out a white board and a marker but he ignored that. BTFOOM
