Fabulous Summer

Jun 30, 2014 20:12

Holy cow, what a summer!  We will move to my parents' new house in late July, and tomorrow, I will contact the apartments to stay current on the waiting lists.  I have a math disability, but God is showing me how to work around it to cope with new upcoming expenses.  Beyond the flow, I am looking forward to playing Goth Rock in my new house.  The community is quiet, but shouldn't be a problem.  Transportation has also worked in my favor.  The public buses are easy to use, and my parents won't have to step in as often.  True independence and an empty nest are in the cards.

I dislike Facebook, so I am going to be posting hère more often.  I can discuss things without the world looking at me like I am a nut.  Over the weekend, I had some girl time and family time.  Our moves and my brother's move are keeping us very busy.  It's why iTunes and iTunes Radio keep me in check with everyone inside.  This time, instead of Ecstasy and Molly, our drug choice is weed.  Erin rocks.  And her pal Amber is loving Smirnoff Ice.

Our goal is to get sober (again), and dance like no one gives a shit.  Dance D' Lamour is our rave Goth party music.  When we aren't getting wasted and high inside, we are packing up stuff outside.

Dance with me into the night
To the serious moonlight
Rise and view the stars above you shine
And the lovin' feels all right

Hell yeah!  Short term memory is getting better.

Hope all of you are well, and I'll post again soon.  I can say more here, and not be judged.  It's key to my stability.

Holding hands with Dark Light.  It means we can have it all, dark and light moments without judgement, fear, or shame.
